Ontario Works clients are eligible for 1 pair of custom made orthotics and 1 pair of orthopedic extra depth footwear every 3 years based on the first paid claim until the age of 65 years.

Indigenous Affairs clients are eligible for 1 pair of custom made orthotics every 2 years based on the first paid claim.
